Elder dragon update?

From watching the 2016 worlds SKT vs SSG. With SKT getting the elder dragons and not getting a very big buff to them i think with in the next couples of updates the Elder dragon should give the team a random buff (cloud, ocean, fire, mountain). I think that this could help any team that gets behind if they are not able to have bot lane/jungle control. Let me know what you guys think about this.
