@Riot, is there any chance we could get old GLP back?

Let's face it, GLP sucks now. Any champion that would maybe want it would much rather have or I feel like you create more meaningful decision making if you move it back to being a Catalyst item so that champions such as Swain and Aurelion Sol have to decide between decent stats an an Active now, or better stats but they have to let the item stack.
