Someone has to be afk for 90s for remake to happen, so the last time he dc is at 1:30. Change it?

Common knowledge is that if someone disconnect before 3min mark, you can remake a game. But sometimes you have afk and still can't remake, making it very frustrating experience. Truth is he has to stay dc for 90s, so the last time someone can leave is at 1:30min mark. What I propose is giving true 3min for someone to disconnect from a game, resulting for the last remake option to be possible at 4;30. What do you think?
