Guaranteed Position Statement

I think the riot desciption is dumb right now i dont even know why they put it up. "you are guaranteed ONE of your positions." why even put it up. Well yeah im guaranteed one of my two positions no matter what lol if i pick adc and mid im going to get one of the two etc etc etc. what am i going to be if not ONE of the two roles i pick??? im not going to pick two and randomly be given a different position, im ALWAYS guaranteed one of the two no matter what whether its promos. fill, or regular. If its my promos and i pick two positions im guaranteed one of them so why put it. If i chose fill or support my previous game and i start a new one im guaranteed one of the two STILL no matter what, and if i DID NOT fill or support and im willing to wait long enough im still guaranteed one of the positions. it shouldnt be put there cuz no matter what you do you are always guaranteed one of your positions that you choose. Even if you put adc and fill well your still going to be either adc or your going to be fill so you are still getting one of the two positions you put down. Now it would make sense if they put something like you are guaranteed your first pick position then yeah i would agree but its like i said they give you TWO positions to pick from and no matter what you will always get one of the two so why would you put it up???
