How to give power back to Irelia and keep her top

so with the litany of nerfs to irelia some power needs to be given back. I suggest reworking the marking system by have consumed marks stun a target for a short duration (think riven micro cc), and remove the stun on E and instead have it slow by a balanced amount (think 20% for half a second). Let her w also mark enemy so she can get to 5 stacks through q . this would push her top lane because mid mobility can avoid q consumption. The constant micro stun lets her engage long term, which is something riot has been looking at. you can even scale the stun duration by tying it to e levels. (1 point in E mark stun does .1s/.15s/.175s/.2s/.25s stun) for a total of .75s total stun time through the duration of combat. This will also let her trade with enemies by providing a safe exit (mark enemy>q stun> q to minion). keep the E dmg and i think this would be a healthy way of bringing power back to irelia top.

They're doing more work for Irelia, just put up on the PBE today. They're changing her passive, flipping the attack speed and on-hit damage effects.

She gains attack speed for every stack she has (+5%/7%/8% attack speed per stack, up to a new maximum of 5 stacks or +30%/35%/40% attack speed), and once she hits max stacks, she gets big on-hit magic damage.

This increases her early game trading power, as her passive will give her a larger amount of damage at moderate stacks than it did before.
