Left click to move, attack, and manually cast abilities

I've been spending hours trying to change casting abilities from button 2 to button 1 from the .ini and persistedsettings. I have already fixed to where I can click, attack, and move with button 1, but I have to spam the spell button and button 1 to cast abilities and its driving me nuts. I want to be able to press q, aim, and left click to cast. Why did riot change this?? I was already comfortable with moving, attacking, casting abilities with mouse button 1 and canceling abilities with button 2 before the patch. How can I change this??? Clicking with the middle finger is killing me to the point of me quitting this game....
