So today I found out you can get LeaverBuster for bot games... Believe it or not it can go to 20 minutes for 5 games and make you waste an hour for your next 5 games. That's just beautiful. Instead of kicking fake AI from your games, such as bots on player team and bots in ARAM you decide to turn on us and punish us for playing bots. Thanks Riot.[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

Back when I was a noob and couldn't 1v9 a bots game, I had some rough times with people AFKing them. A game would go from an 18 minute stomp to a 45 minute struggle, or I'd even lose. It was a bitch. Bots may not be "real" league, but you've still got people counting on your presence.
And if you got hit with a 20-minute penalty, this was hardly your first rodeo.
