QoL change for Aurelion Sol Q

Correct me if i'm wrong but as of right now you can't reactivate your Q immidiatly after you fired it. It has to do a little bit of travel time before you can reactive it to stun people? What's the problem you say? Well i tried this a few times already and you actually cannot stun some champions in melee range. That's a BIG PROBLEM. I mean shouldn't it work like an Anivia Q? If so you should be able to reactivate the ability immediatly to defend yourself against melee threats a little bit.

This is not soemthing broken is something functional that needs to be done. Correct me if i'm wrong but i tried this vs Zed, Diana and Akali, and it was almost impossible for me to stun them with Q in melee
