5 min penalty

This is my thing and I know a lot of people have this issue 2. People not saying what lane they want and then they start been AS***** in the chat and then you leave and have that 5 min penalty for doing the right thing is kinda annoying maybe a report option in the chat menu would be nice or a kick selection.

I believe instalockers (not the cool music people) should be banned or put a low priority queue. They ruin the games before they even begin.
