It's time to buff teleport.

IT'S ON A 6 MINUTE COOLDOWN. That's just absurd. It doesn't make sense for midlaners to take TP over something like barrier or ignite. Also, a lot of toplaners have switched to ignite because of the horrible cooldown duration of TP. Just revert it back to 5 minutes. Or you can reduce the channel time from 4 seconds to 3, but I would prefer the cooldown buff.
