I love on hit items...

...but Sated Devourer going unaddressed is ridiculous. It's not even necessarily the item itself, it's the phantom hit with certain champs. Hell, I'm sure there are even a fair bit of champs out there who could squeeze more out of the old Devourer or Feral Flare. For their sake, the item doesn't have to be dumpstered, but:

-Xin -Kayle -Yi -Shyvana

Absolutely ruin every game they're in for nine other people. Their team doesn't get a jungler for 20 minutes, and after 20 minutes the game's over because they're just going to poop all over everything they touch.
