Some New Rune Ideas

Hey all! I'm WHYFI, a p5 fill main with 2000+ hours logged, and I am an aspiring game designer/ idea machine. I love coming up with new concepts for champions, runes, items etc. I have come up with a few new ideas for some runes in the past couple of days and I thought I would compile them and share. Anyways, I know this will likely get lost in down votes and posts about "I quit league today" or "nerf zoe", but for the 1% that enjoy reading through concepts, here you go! Let me know what you think!

New Inspiration Keystones (lets be real, no one uses Glacial Augment)

Architect's Enchanment (an Ohmwrecker replacement + Extra stuff) - a boot active enchantment that replaces the current item Ohmwrecker, allowing nearby enemy turrents to be disabled temporarily, can also be cast on nearby ally turrets, increasing their attack speed and range temporarily

** Summon Pashuu** - a 2 item slot courier available every 5 minutes after 2 minutes, with 1 slot for a physical item and the other slot being for consumables, in addition will refill any refillable potion or corrupting potion upon arrival, adds items right into inventory after short travel time.

Fountain's Blessing - holding the "N" button grants blessing of the fountain, a channel that can be cast on you or an ally, restoring 25% of your missing health and mana as well as a small shield that lasts for 5 secs if you finish the channel without being interrupted, this ability can be used every 240 secs and using it sets your recall on 30 second cool down.

New Vision Rune Ideas

Foresight - grants a free control ward on your first back, and another 5 minutes after that. Control ward's cost is reduced by 25 gold.

An Eye for an Eye - grants a trinket charge/refreshes trinket cool down for take downs on enemy champions, 60 sec cool down. Control wards explode when destroyed, knocking out any nearby enemy wards in a small radius

Bigger Picture - allows for 2 control wards to be placed on the map by you at any given moment, however when placing the second control ward, the health of both control wards is reduced by 50% (2 hits each instead of 4)

Eye Drops - refreshes an ally ward's duration timer when you get close (cool down scales with game time)

Miscellaneous Runes

Cloning Serum - grants you 6 serum viles that allow you to duplicate an enemy or ally minion (possible replacement for minion dematerializer)

Cannon Cakes - every 3rd Cannon minion that dies near you drops a biscuit of rejuvenation

Adrenaline Rush - Heals and Shields you cast or receive increases your movement speed by 10% for 1.5 secs

A Slightly Poisoned Blade - your next attack or spell Inflicts grievous wounds or breaks through 40% of a shield 60 sec cooldown)

I don't like the last one because then I would have to stop playing TahmKench

I already die faster than my 70% shield expires, I don't need to lose almost half of that.

these are some really interesting and imaginative rune ideas.

Architects sounds kinda odd though. I imagine its like old Rally where a enemy attempts a Tower Dive only to have it suddenly double its DPS and obliterate them. Rally was removed for a reason so I dont really see the point in returning it. It was just really cheesy and people couldnt really use it correctly.

Pashuu would have to be OUT OF COMBAT ONLY because Riven ducking into a brush then coming out with a BF sword at level 7 in lane would be totally bonkers and cheesy as hell. Andrenaline Rush is pretty much already in the game kinda via the potion MS rune so I dont know if its unique enough to warrant implementation without outright replacement. Cloning Serum no one would take because after a few uses you literally wouldnt have a rune anymore putting you at a disadvantage for the rest of the game. Might be fine though if you also added the minion damage bonus of current minion demat.

new Keystone idea

NerfDamage All champion damage is reduced by 10% for each NerfDamage keystone on both teams (reduced by 50% if enemy champ also has NerfDamage Keystone)

example #1 twisted treeline 3 v 3 garen aatrox kennen vs gragas ashe kayne garen aatrox and kennen take NerfDamage, as well as ashe and kayne. champion damage is reduced by 50%. gragas will take 50% less damage, as well as deal 50% less damage. however garen will do 25% less damage to ashe and kayne, and likewise take 25% less damage from ashe and kayne.

example #2 summoners rift 5 v 5 all 10 champs take NerfDamage Keystone they all do 50% less damage to each other

I would really like to see a vision rune tree. I miss upgrading the trinket range by 15% a lot, and there's just a lot of design space here.

First slot for control ward upgrades: A. Vision Ward: your control wards are now invisible, but cannot disable enemy wards. B. Chilled Ward: your control wards have 2 more health, and enemy attack speed is slowed by 50% when attacking your control wards. C. Unstable Ward: your control wards detonate 1 second after being destroyed, killing all nearby enemy wards and revealing enemy champions caught in the radius for 3 seconds.

Second slot for trinket upgrades: A. Scout: Trinket range is increased by 15%. B. Explorer: Gain 5 out of combat movement speed for each of your active ward on the map. C. Zombie Ward: same as live

Not sure about the third, maybe a way to deal with stealth and traps?
