Jhin = broken

I have had enough of Jhin ruining my games. He is broken. He is literally impossible to play against and it is getting on my nerves. His whole concept just has not been thought through with consideration to other players, build and play style, so playing against him is not fun or a challenge at all, its frustrating as the game is already lost. His range makes him virtually impossible to play against and I don't think playing him is a display of being skilled whatsoever, he just guarantees an easy win because you literally can't play against him. He should be nerfed, 90% as it isn't fair. Rant over. >:(
