Can we have it so you can lock the screen anywhere?

I would like to see you be able to use the hot key Y to be able to lock the screen anywhere your champ is at the time. Does anybody agree with me? Y would still lock and unlock the screen you would just be able to lock it where ever your champion is and if you wanted it to be in the middle again for any reason you could just hit the space bar and Y. Please consider trying this riot for the people that have a hard time playing with an unlocked screen.

For example if you are adc and you are going down (I think this is purple side not positive though) you lock your champion near the top left of the screen to be able to see more of the lane and if you need to be back in the middle because you see somebody coming up behind you you just hold spacebar down just like you would if you were playing with an unlock screen.
