Why do people still complain about Lee sin's "mobility"/burst?

I'm really tired of seeing Lee sin qq threads (even after all his nerfs), or even someone implying that Lee Sin's kit is loaded, when he's a perfectly balanced champ. He doesn't have mobility in his kit. He has a dash, but in order to use it he (or one of his teammates) has to place a ward, so it's not instant. Or he can hit you with his 'q' (which is a skillshot btw) and dash to you. Meanwhile, we have champs like Nidalee and Rek'sai who just press a button and can jump over a wall (and are also manaless) And even if he jumps to you his "burst" is almost nothing. In order to have burst you need to be a mage or an assassin. Lee Sin is neither of these things. He is a bruiser who is supposed to have SUSTAINED DAMAGE, because that's what bruisers do. They're melee dps champs that peel for the team. But thanks to the nerf to Lee Sin's passive, he no longer has DPS. All he has is a kick that does almost nothing.

TLDR Lee Sin is balanced. The pros know it too. That's why he was in every game at worlds this year (oh wait that was Rek'Sai. Not Lee Sin.).
