League of Legends In-Game Window Freezes and Windows Error Sound

Whenever I get into a game and start to play, like move my character around, the windows error sound effect goes off, and then the screen freezes and goes black. Sound still works but then I can not alt tab out of the game or anything. Doing ctrl alt del won't help either as I have done this so many times it has happened. The only way for it to work again is to hold the pc power button and restart it. I don't know why this has started to happen..so please help!

I got the same problem! game freezes then black screen appears (5secs or so) then the game comes back. this happened like 10 times in 1 game.

Its still going on for me. Tried a support ticket and all they said was use hextech repair WHICH DOES NOT FIX THE PROBLEM BY THE WAY. 2 times in leaver buster and the only way i can get back quick enough is if i sign out then back in but it stil triggers leaverbuster

I got the same problem! It crashes in game and it ruins the game completely for my team... Please fix it! item 3070
