Riot, are we ever going to get any option to counter LS besides Mortal Reminder and Morellos??

At the moment, the biggest users of lifesteal are people who build almost exclusively damage, such as marksmen and other AD carries, with LCS showing how powerful this can be on champs like on multiple occasions.

At the moment, the only way to counter lifesteal without bringing (which junglers, top laners and most supports cant do) is to build into or . Morellos is only built on mages, and the passive healing reduction is conditonal, with that condition being that the target is already low health. And Executioners isnt stat efficient, especially late game, with Mortal Reminder being useless against champs that build lifesteal because they build no armor.

Riot, is there ever going to be an item that could be picked up by tanks/juggernauts/bruisers so they can counter a drain-tank or an ADC with multiple lifesteal items late game, because at the moment, these champs can just out heal their opponents and there is no way to counter play around this unless you give up an item slot for something completely inefficient in your build.
