Draft Queue in OCE

OCE has only got Normal Blind Pick, Ranked Solo/Duo and Ranked Flex as options for Summoners Rift. It has been made aware to me through a support ticket that I submitted that our ability to use the Draft Queue on OCE was removed due to it being unhealthy to the rest of our queue types because of our lack of player base. However with the implementation of Flex Queue we have now got a new problem. It has become our Draft queue. In conversations amongst my friends, from un-ranked all the way up to my Challenger mates nobody finds it to be a legitimate Ranked Queue. Anyone rank achieved in Flex is being written off and I believe that its because it is being looked at as a normal queue with the Draft set up. Its horrible for people who want to get their roles to have to argue with all the toxicity in normal blind pick just to try and play a game as thier role. I was directed here from the support ticket to try and make this known so that someone can look into it. It isnt healthy for the other queues because its all OCE wants to play. Nobody wants to have to deal with people locking lanes that they didn't get and arguing over it when we just want a normal game. Unlike the other regions our player base is a bit smaller but with the addition to auto fill we might be able to pull it off. I'm sure at least 80-90% of people in OCE also have a similar opinion, at least everyone I've talked to does.
