We have a 5 man party trying to flex

The game will not allow us to....we are all unranked because it is the start of a new season and none of us have even played a flex game. Some of us have played ranked solo/duo, but that is it. Ever since riot changed it to flex we have had so many issues with it. It is super annoying to deal with.
