Suggestion

So, we have many champs that have a tone of heal just from 3 levels and that's good because you can deal with it, you are an ad champ or a tank cause you can just get executioners or bramble vest which are cheap items. But can we do something about mages? They can only get morello and you need to complete it to get the heal block passive. So can we make oblivion orb apply the heal block passive?
