Experimental Riven changes, now... In regards to Cassiopeia

Why was Riot not willing to revert the rework on Cassiopeia? It failed miserably, missed the mark entirely, and only made her lane bullying more toxic while also making her a one trick pony. Can we please revert the rework on Cassiopeia and try again? I'd love to play old Cassiopeia just once more while you guys work on a more healthy kit for her.
