I just don't understand, being the random fith in 4 man is actually the worst league experience I have ever had to endure. Yes, this is all me complaining and I don't care if it gets down voted, more of a vent really. I just dodged a game because i was on the same exact 4 man team prior. I get it's not ranked and people play normals for fun but what about me? How am I supposed to have fun with 4 people who absolutely refuse to speak to me unless it's if i do something wrong, that's when all hell breaks loose. I can mute them sure, but that doesn't fix the fact that I'm STUCK in a game with them essentially I'm all alone and I HATE that feeling so much, I'm neglected literally all game and they all expect so much out of me, yet when their friend goes 0/5 and not trying at all it's okay.. and IT IS OKAY! It's normals, blah blah blah, but come on does that actually justify EVERYTHING EVERYONE could ever do in a normal game? I can't win no matter what. Listen if you and your friends ever queue up together PLEASE please please take into consideration of the fiths time and feelings, etc. I want to have fun too, but it's just impossible with them.

Just wanted to let out some of my thoughts on the matter as this just seems like an issue that isn't spoken about too much, probably because It doesn't happen often but when it does, it just doesn't seem fair in the slightest.

You're talking about the Le Blanc game where you went 4/11, didn't build zhonyas against a zed, had a 37% kill participation as a mid laner, and 4.2 cs per minute.

I don't think you should be blaming the premades for your loss.

It really is "OKAY" since it's just a normal game. Premades or not, you would've most likely lost that. Why do you look for bullshit things to make an excuse of instead of looking to improve yourself?

What do you expect in your normals? For 4 other people to play around you? What are you, Bjergsen and this is TSM?

"Can't have fun" ... What are you talking about? Premades or strangers what difference does it make? Just play your own game dude and stop being so whiny.

I admit playing as the 5th one next to 4 premades is not the best experience. Lacking communication, and even 4 premades that collectivly flame the 5th one are problematic. But it shouldn't be changed. There is no perfect solution, only compromises. If you remove 4 premades from normal, or gave soloplayers the option to not be the fith one next to 4 premades, which probably would be used by every soloplayer, making queue times for 4 premades too long, playing as premades would become extremly awkward.

What if you as 5 finished the game and one of you wants to go off? You're left with 4, but because you can't play the game as 4 anymore you have to kick another one of the friends out of your party?. Who is going to volunteer? ...Awkward silence. (Or for the 5th one, Should I really go offline, if i force my friends into such an awkward situation=?). Hope that another friend randomly comes online?, wait 30 minutes for someone who is ingame and might not even want to play with you?

If 4-premades were restricted or removed from normal games, playing league with friends would become more complicated, as a lot of awkward situation might arise.

And that all for some soloplayers who can't endure, being matched with 4-premades occasionally? That aren't fine with having two types of queues that guarantee not being matched with 4-premades? I think nothing should be changed.

About 2 months ago I posted the request to consider removing teams of 4 from the game entirely; As, like you said, It's always a wretched experience!

Flaming, bullying, Threats of reports, one goes AFK "for a very good reason" more then you'd think...

It may be an unpopular opinion, but I see no reason that a group who was able to gather 4 people; were unable to find a 5th.

Can so relate to that. This teemo one time was being a jerk to me when I was jgling and then stole my red as I was getting it. I threatened to report him, and next thing I know they say they're a 4-man squad and will report me. I'm like wtf?!

This is why whenever I queue with three other friends, we almost always agree to do what we can to give the random what they want and to communicate with them. It can really suck being the 5th wheel, especially if the four man decides to troll the random.

Oh I love being the random extra guy - gives me a chance to be silly with them and usually a premade group is already more willing to be fun. Assuming this is norms - I enjoy the banter and lightheartedness of premades and getting to join in too

4+1 was like 50% of the reason for all the hate Dynamic Queue got a few years back. Starting with the garbage attitude many of groups had and finishing with the feel that the solo player is a comeplete non-factor in the game. Even now seing a 4-man group causes me to have a PDST seizure, resulting in clicking the X button of the game

Also many normal 4man are that way and not 5 on purpose, because playing vs not another 5man but vs a 3man and a 2man or 2 solos is easier. I say make 4man groups and 5man groups equal in queue and see if 4man still is so common after they are always matched vs 5man teams.

as someone who regularly play as one of the 4, it is really frustrating and that is not because of the 5th random player for sure.

but, what can we do when we cant find a 5th friend IRL who plays league .. [zombie-nunu-bummed]

personally i noticed how my ping rate drastically decrease than when i solo since we use discord, but i usually atleast reply in chat if he says something and be friendly in general ( we never flame him or give him like 4 reports for no reason )

and ofcourse one of the best games are when this good random 5th player carry us all by himself xD giving him the 4 pre-decided honors feels good for us too

The last time I was the "random fifth" in a 4 man premade it was actually pretty good, i was doing bad but they were here to help me. This was a pretty good experience, but hey if you play with those kind of stereotype don't expect things to be good

Well what else can Riot do? you can't go into a lobby with just 4 people, so the game has to find someone solo queueing and match them up with the 4 man pre-made party.

Okay I can understand having a bad time with a 4-man premade but do not group all of us like that. My 4-man uses all the communication we use when we play by ourselves we don't bully or flame and before we made a club no one ever new we were a 4-man chances are you play with a few 4-mans that you didn't notice.

Even though it's a bad experience, it's unavoidable unless you want to make this game completly unplayable for 4-man premades. And i prefer if 4 man premade are allowed at least in normal games, despite the consequence for it being a bad experience for 5th one.
