More Punishment for the trolls of Ranked

Everyone here who has ever played over 10 games of ranked knows that we tend to have those guys on our team. The baddie who went 0-10 to top lane Urgot , or even the jungle Brand who died to wraith camps. I feel matchmaking should look at the report list even in ranked.

For example players who have been reported for intentionally feeding, or being unskilled and reported in a multitude of games, and has accumulated x number of reports should begin to be placed in matches with players who have been reported for similar offenses of around the same number.

This will help everyone clear up matchmaking for more skilled/clean players who enjoy the game, and actually try to go by the summoners code..

AFK Punishment: I know this is a shady area because of this being an online game, and people sometimes will leave due to internet problems however I feel a punish is needed. Players who AFK/DC and it isn't related to Riot Servers should be punished in ranked. They will lose their normal LP they would have lost for the game, and then another 50% of that LP added to the that. (( ex: A player who AFKed and would have lost 20 points normally will now lose 30 ))

Players who had AFK teammates: Any player who is NOT queued with the AFK player will lose 30% LESS LP. Players who are queued with the player will lose only 10% Less LP. ((This way players just won't AFK so their friend won't lose all their LP))

Players who have 0LP and have someone AFK who is NOT in queue with them will not be demoted that game.

That above is just a few ideas I had to help clean up the matchmaking and hopefully help clean up game play for players who try and actually enjoy the game

If you really believed in the summoners code...you'd be trying to help the less skilled instead of figuring out ways to ban them from playing the game.

This idea was already discussed tons of times just deal with it for now, so far of what i acknowledge there will be new punishments comming AKA Ranked Restictions.

I think we need even harsher punishments to prevent stupid people from doing stupid things. 80% of my games I have at least 1 troll or someone that quits. It might even be higher then 80. I literally have the worst luck when it comes to getting teammates. I almost don't even want to play anymore because of it. I don't think unskilled players should be punished though, as long as they are legit trying.
