How to win a ranked game?

What ive tried :

Playing really good

Playing really bad

maining a single role/champion

Playing Strong/broken champs

Plaing yasuo support

Playing strong splitspusher

Playing strong early/late game champs

Not talking at all in matches

Staying positive and not flaming

Being very toxic towards teammates

Taking breaks when i lose a couple of games

Playing for 11 hours straight
