cheapest items to buy and still capable one combo on adc and squishy champions at any levels. Against tank? 1.5x E then ult.

TF is too expensive and weak late.

note: better combo with taste of blood + ultimate hunter as secondary rune... very synergy.

PS. please get old garen back without villian mechanic PPS. lethality sucks
