How is Fiddlesticks Support Still Broken

Literally may be the easiest fix in the game and simplest. All you have to do is nerf his "e" the crow storm. Literally, up the mana cost and make the cool down higher. Such a simple thing. It can't be spammed nearly as much and actually has a penalty to constantly spamming the same exact ability. Don't even nerf the damage, just make the cooldown longer and up the mana cost, quick and easy. Done deal ty Rito even though you don't even look at the boards.

The jungle fiddle becomes weak and useless because his clear speed is garbage

Or you could learn to play. It's pretty simple to play against fiddlesticks in bottom lane. Use whatever brainpower you can muster and ask yourself how his E works......well you obviously don't have enough brainpower to figure it out so I'll help. DON'T STAND NEXT TO EACH OTHER AND LET IT BOUNCE 5 TIMES DOING 6 TIMES THE DAMAGE IT SHOULD DO. Also, CC him a single time and he will either die or flash every single time.
