Riot understand I fully support you're upcoming changes!

I will go into depth about why I support these changes and why you also should support these changes!

Assassins coming back, brings more skill into the game.

"But Theorex! What do you mean by that!?"

Its simple. If you are a support or a ADC, you are threatened the most by the assassins. Everyone knows what. But if both teams have an assassin, if you are better at avoiding the assassin or outplaying the assassin as a Enchanter or a Tank (For Supports). You can carry harder than the enemy support even if they played something like Janna. The game is more skill expression now.

No more of this, my ADC is monkeying out. Gotta run in and pray to god that my ADC got the jump on the enemy team.

Its now alright, my ADC survived the Assassin and killed the assassin with minimal damage while our assassin is still up! We have the advantage!

Now yes it may be annoying to have to play safe because you are the squishiest class and the highest damage class and I understand you want to fight to the death at level 1 to level 18. But now you can't unless you just don't want to enjoy the game ever again! Assassin's jobs are to make your life a living nightmare. But if you play smart and rely on your support to save your life while playing around your vision. You'll be fine. This is purely about how skillful you are at using your resources as a ADC and a Support player.

Moving on to the next area.

Mages. I get it, you guys don't want to lose between 200-300 mana at level 18. But lets take a second to address this in a more well mannered situation.

But you know how losing that mana is going to affect the game correct? Its going to force lane interactions. People are going to be punished more severely for playing back and Q farming on a certain mage until late game. Since its base regen. At around level 4 to 5 is when everyone starts to lose mana, and around level 8 to 9 is when mana regen starts to fall off. So you can't just sit there wave clearing when the rest of the enemy team comes about to try that mid tower.

"What does this mean in the long run!?"

It means that if you have lane dominance and the other people is now stuck in a position to where they can only wave clear, you will eventually force them out of lane VIA mana. The stronger player should be the one who can stick it out longer. But this also means something else. With the upcoming mana changes to jungle, some junglers may be able to hand the blue buff over to their mids. Which is important in the mage v mage match up. Because a skilled jungler can completely change the tide of mid lane with a well timed hand off of blue. Again more skill expression. Since jungle will also be slowed down, perhaps they can find another way to impact the game instead of level 3, 4 ,5 ,6 ganks.

Moving on to the next area.

Tanks. Don't look at this the wrong way. I see you over there with some tears in your eyes. But remember, who is the best class for dealing with Assassins? Who is the best class for threatening the enemy team? Right you are. So if you play well guess what. You can get your assassin to the enemy ADC while the whole enemy team tries to get you to back off. We understand that playing tank sucks, and that you're the teams dog and pony show. But you yourself put yourself there. I also acknowledge that majority of the time you guys just say "Okay." to the changes and go with it. Don't lose faith and keep going. If you simply just don't feed the fighters up top, you've won the game when it comes time to help win team fights.

Finally!

Baron and Herald changes.

Are the only things I am worried about.

And I shall explain as well.

Baron should require a tank to easily get. Now my reason behind that is because, if you make the call to change the baron to not requiring a tank. Full Damage Teams are allowed to be meta. There will be zero to no incentive to playing tanks other than the fact that they are just the best team fighters. I recommend that you punish full damage comps by making baron a harder objective for them. Because removing the tank's ability to tank removes the role all together. Baron is one of the few things that tanks can claim right now as being useful for. And later down the line if you go with this change, it will also bring about something else. Tanks will get overbuffed again. It will repeat the cycle that you have worked to fix. So again, please reconsider this change.

Herald. Is going to be very interesting. I think it is tied to dragon. It going to be great for breaking the stagnation and will help get that little bit of a shove needed to get that tower. I think it will be worth while as well. Since jungle will be slowed down, there is more time for the solo laners to help the jungler grab it.
