I thought the purpose of the Ryze rework was to

make him accessible in solo queue without making him a pick/ban in competitive. I don't understand why he got a buff to his ultimate some patches back. Isn't his ultimate one of his strongest points in pro play?

At this point, he's in a worse state than in 6.13.
