Can we get a tahm nerf to all of his dmg already?

It has been months playing against this abomination of a champion. last game a tahm ran mid with trinity force and ohmwrecker and was 19/5 by the end of the game. noone can kill him, even if hes playing full ad, and he can just oneshot us by aa q aa w. You can make his passive be 4 instead of 3 stacks, nerf his dmg from w, nerf cd to q so i cant be slowed 24/7 ect.
