So when you’re chat restricted you have a couple more times until your permnanned. How’s long does it take for that to reset

There is no defined amount of games you play to heal your account reputation. Just continuing to play with a positive attitude and utilizing /ignore or /muteall if needed if your teammates are getting to you will slowly improve your reputation.

Depends on how frequently you play and how good (not skilled, but morally good) you are, but it can take months or years to decay punishment tiers.
few months but i advice you to not play at that account at all its hard to not be toxic once you are already that deep and the consequences are permanent
