A few small QoL improvements I'd like to request

The first two, I would guess, are fairly straightforward:

1. Bring back the skin names when you mouse-over the score board icons. No idea why this went away. It was the smartest thing you've done in a long time.

2. Could you please show - in champ select - the champions we've already received a Hextech Chest from this season? When I'm trying things out in normals, it would be nice to know.

3. Skins. Could you please remove all skins, during the loadout screen, that I either don't own, or can't purchase. I'm one of the few who strongly considers buying skins during the loadout.

4. At this point, I'm done suggesting fixes since Riot seems indifferent, so I'll just ask that something be done about being filled - via Autofill or regular Fill - to let people know they got jungle so the lack of smite is more clear. As someone who hates jungle, i spend more time wondering who I can play given team composition than I do remembering I need smite. Especially when i'm the first god damn pick.

5. Sell all of the skins all the time.
