1: Your grammar sucks.
2: There are so many variables that there's no certain answer. Taric has the highest amount of armor and can sustain himself by basically hemorrhaging his mana pool to shield and heal himself endlessly on top of his ult, and the cooldowns can be sped up if he's constantly slapping an enemy with his passive. Alistar can block enormous amounts of damage with his ult, but it only lasts for 8 seconds. Tahm Kench has his grey health, and if he activates it when he's at near death, he can shield himself for the amount lost. If he doesn't get damaged for a while without triggering the shield, he heals a large chunk of that back, which is amplified by the Visage. Thresh with enough souls is basically invincible to physical damage, and Braum can make himself almost impervious to all ranged attacks as long as it hits the shield and not him.
