My overall impression of the jungle plants

Blast Cone Most clunky gimmick plant. Yes I know you can get some special jungle path or gank path with this plant, but more often then not ehen it actually helped someone out of a situation it makes the other person feel very unfair as if the game cheated on them.

I was getting chased down as Talon, the enemy Blitz landed a very good hook as I was parkouring over a wall but then I autoattacked the plant and it blasted me over the wall. I felt the Blitz's salt so bad it makes me feel guilty.

Honey Fruit This one is fine, might be better if it is moved more to the center of the river so laners can not easily use it as free sustain and have to risk something for it.

Sceyer Bloom This one is very strong, it can possibly be fine if toned properly, IMO making the cone width shorter so it can only reveal 1 camp/jungle entrance instead of 2.

Honestly tho, removing both the red and blue ones might be the best way to go.
