Riot could very simply send a random survey to all players who've had at least X ranked games and ask
"How satisfied are you with dynamic queue?"
with the options being
Very satisfied
Satisfied
No opinion
Unsatisfied
Very Unsatisfied
If Riot can't do something as simple as this,then they really don't care for the opinions of their players.

There isn't a debate.
DQ is cancer for a majority of the more dedicated ranked player base.
Riot's goal isnt a happier, healthier game. It's to attract and retain certain demographics, and they are going to adjust the game to fit what they think these people want.
Less accountability, simpler mechanics, louder, more impactful abilities, and pretty skins.
Unless they change their mind about needing a competitive backbone for League, they wont be returning SQ
