I did a sick outplay...

After going over it, it really doesn't look like an outplay. Alistar started tanking turret, he flashed and still hit you with Q and W'd you back. The mastery that gives you 5% health and mana saved you, you didn't condemn Jhin into the wall, and then technically you "wasted" heal, because Jhin canceled didn't shoot his auto. I mean, it kind of looks like an outplay until you break it down. Sorry to ruin the fun.
