A simple way for funnier and better game

Hi there! I'm pretty sure there as been other people like me who said the same thing before, but i'm adding my voice the this. What makes a league of legends match frustrating and boring? What makes you not enjoy this game? When teammates start to say to the other one that he's bad. And it just go downfall after the first shot has been fired. I know a tribunal already exist but i'm questioning myself of its efficiency. If it was working why do we still meet these player? Ranked AND Unranked?

What i'm suggesting is that the tribunal should penalize waaaaaaaaaaaaay way way more player who got a report. I personally think it's the major problem with this game, i don't think it needs more improvement in the maps aesthetic, champ, items, etc (so less $$ spent in the programming but more in the people who manage the tribunal).

Don't you think the same way as me? Or you think there are other things that Riot should focus more?
