Not reciving mastery shards

Recently i played a game with Yasuo and i earned -S... But the thing is that i don't earn any chests and i haven't earned a lvl 7 mastery token with him(have him in lvl 6). And i have either not reach my chest limits.. is this a glitch because it happend once before?? I'm rly mad right now… Any ideas what the problem is? Also i ahve 20 game chat restriction…. Pls help!

I could be wrong but I thought to get to lvl 7 you had to get S or S+.

Thx guys.. i realise i need to earn S or higher wich i thought before was that S- was higher than S xD explains it...
