Dose honor 5 exist?

has anyone actually got honor 3?

It really exists, but no one has gotten it yet, and for that matter I don't think anyone has even gotten level 3 honour yet (although perhaps the OCE people might be almost there).

Honour levels are a season long thing intended to take weeks-months to get, so we're only just getting into the realm of maybe perhaps having level 3 show up for some people, much less 4 or 5.
