Anyone Else Having Strange Frame Drops?

Never posted here, if I'm violating the rules, please let me know.

Going on about 5 days now, I've been experiencing strange frame drops out of the blue that have been corroborated by multiple friends of mine experiencing the same issues (one being my roommate who does not experience the intermittent lag at the same time I do).

Ping and FPS in game is steady at 60 each, but still seems to have really bad delays from auto attacks, pathing, and abilities coming out about 2-3 seconds later.

I've exhausted my resources figuring out what it is, but I'm beginning to think that it might be an issue on League's end. Anyone experiencing similar issues and/or can a Rioter confirm there is something going on?
