tank nerf or magic pen buff?
so i was wondering why my magic pen didnt work this game considering my runes haha i had scaling ap and magic pen so why wasnt i doing dmg to rammus?
isnt magic pen suppose to counter health items....?

btw its an hour long so if you really care about build i would suggest you watch the whole thing cause you know when you skip parts you can always miss the main point of the builds,etc
btw i know yi is afk but that doesnt change the fact that i couldnt do dmg on rammus haha (it is always better to afk or dc than to have them run down lane haha so tbh i didnt even report them)
just rather curious cause i heard there is no cap on ap....so idk why i couldnt do dmg i understand tanks have to be tanky but at the same time idk if it is fair to not even be able to do dmg given the items and runes i used for this game
btw i know magic pen is just for magic resist but if i have scaling ap i should have been able to do dmg.... if i cant do dmg to a tank....idk if that is very balanced for the game since that means all mid laners are useless lol
unlessssss magic pen also works on armor items? i dont think magic pen actually works on armor items....i think that is what scaling ap runes are for haha
magic pen is not something most people buid so it could really balance things out since there is really only so much rune and item space you cant really stack in ap or magic pen if you dont actually ahve them in your runes haha
