Why i dislike dynamic que

So, i haven't really had the displeasure of running into anything super out of the ordinary. First few days there were trolls highjacking roles, but that hasn't happened to me ina long time. It's not about the 4 man+1 ranked ques since i don't play ranked.

It's kind of hard to explain, but what i dislike the most is when i go into the que, I'm locked into 2 roles (since we all know fill=support)

I mainly like to play mid, but have no problems doing any other role, except for adc. I like to support sometimes and even like to top or jungle on occasion.

But, i don't go in a game thinking "you know what, I want to support this game."

I do go into ques wanting to mid or jungle, and although it's nice to always get mid or jungle, it sucks that i can't support UNLESS i go into a que thinking to myself "okay, i want to support this game."

I liked having the option of actually filling in for a role if needed

Sure, even in the old que you couldn't really go into games with the intent of going one lane and being confident you'd do that.

Idk, i just feel confined to just two roles and never really ever getting to play something else because it isn't my first choice so i don't go "into" a que intending to play something different, it feels like an intentional handicap rather than one that is agreed upon/worked out at champ select

anyone share similar thoughts or am i just rambling on?
