Champions with consistently bad players?

This is kind of my fault with my elo being so low.... With that said, I get to see the worst of the worst. Here is my short list of champions with bad players.

Yasuo,
Zed
Udyr
Thresh
Bard (kind of cheating here as i am sure skilled player mess him up as well)

Thoughts. I Honestly could just put yas five times as well.

Why isnt vayne on this list, even number 1 for that matter?

Yeah, you also forgot kat and lux on that one. Back when I did solo-queue frequently (around 6.2) I'd thoroughly enjoy seeing an obvious mid-lux/kat on the enemy team, as they'd always be terrible at using their cooldowns correctly allowing me to either kill them or nab their flash when they had 0 mana (or in the case of kat, when she burned her gap-closer).
