So the most recent Ryze Rework....

I don't like using the word "failure" on changes except with Shen, but is it OK to say that none of the overarching issues Ryze had (bad in soloQ, god tier in LCS; garbage without experience, nigh on unstoppable with experience) were actually fixed, and that fundamentally he is the same champion he always was? I get that the Ryze rework meme is funny, but at the same time he needs a fundamental change in the ideas that go into his design for him to ever be anything than what I described above. This is the 3rd or 4th time since I've started playing League that Ryze has been kicked to the curb until further notice and that even brushing him gently with the buff wand is viable to blow up Solo Queue and Pro Play for two weeks until he's beaten back into the ground. Unfortunately, I have no viable solutions other than to broadly say that Riot should rework his gameplay from the ground up (cough cough and get rid of the targeted fucking root cough cough), but this poor blue bastards been through enough during this game's lifespan. I truly hope that the next set of major changes he gets will be the last.
