Massive bug in new champ select. It needs to be disabled again.

It will randomly disconnect you from the lobby and if you try to rejoin you will not be able to lock your champ or even pick a new one. Therefore it forces you to dodge and this bug was supposed to have been fixed. I spam clicked lock in well over 50 times. Got booted for not locking.
