When will Darius get any love?

Darius is arguably right now one of the worst top laners in the meta. You could say that picks like voli are worse top which is fair but pretty much any bruiser when played correctly rn beats darius. Darius has only one function rn and thats punishing mistakes and he's great at that but revolving a champions relevance in the meta around your opponents misplays is a terrible way to have to play the game. I'm not high elo yet so i dont have too much trouble winning lane often and darius does live up to the noob killer monicker but the moment im up against a competent riven or jax or a tank that knows how to play the lane ur instantly irrelevant later. Riven scales better with conqueror and is more mobile, kled has reliable engage, jax is a late game carry, renekton is one of the strongest bruisers and is more mobile than darius and illaoi does everything darius does but better though to be fair she at least has skill shots that she rely's on but i genuinely dont see why riot refuses to buff darius after buffing riven and renekton. I'm not asking for a change to his kit or any major changes but at least let him go toe to toe with other bruisers and not have to rely on opponent playing their trades wrong.
