@Riot - Instead of nerfing Zhonyas and Scepter, what about changing Luden's?

While I'm all for better AP itemization since I'm a mid main, I don't believe nerfing our two biggest core items is exactly smart. Zhonyas and Sceptre are pretty much must haves on this current meta and almost everyone builds them. You are hurting Zhonyas completely, which is our only defense against AD (especially assassins) just so you can justify a measly 10% CDR? Same with gutting sceptre...

Why not possibly changing Luden's instead? While it's still a really Common pick on most mid laners I think it can have power shaved and still be viable because of its passive.. Why not change it to something like:

80AP 5% MS 10% CDR.

Maybe adjust the passive numbers a bit if you still feel it's not balanced. I still don't think Zhonyas is worth its current gold amount even though you value it's passive so highly, but I'd rather have it overpriced than gutted.
