What if ardent's drain behaved more like dft?

Cut out the attack speed buff and change the drain to behave in a fashion that is similar to dft depending on the damage type (ST, AoE, DoT). It loses some of it's buff power towards ADC and other primarily AA champs with the attack speed loss but will make it a support item that is more equal in empowering all carry types.
