Not scores like 27/4 or people first timing champions in ranked because it's "preseason who cares". I guess I'm allowed to first time Karthus Jungle because it's preseason, technically it's not ruining the competitive aspect of the game, right? Other players are allowed to get away with stupid shit like this and go 0/9/2 by the 12 minute mark .

I'm glad you asked, because we actually do have a 50% percent chance of winning for every match!

That is precisely why, if you're say, going at it in a winning streak, the matchmaking will intentionally pair you up with record holding feeders to make sure your win rate stays at a constant 50%, ALWAYS.
