Blinding Azir's soldiers with Teemo/Quinn

Do you think it was intended for Azir's soldiers to be unaffected if Azir himself is blinded?

Blinds are intended to make the victim miss their AA. Azir's soldiers override his regular AA, but it's still considered Azir's AA. Ergo, a blinded Azir would miss the AA, because that's what blinds are for.

It's not like the soldiers are their own entity, like Yorick's ghouls or Mordekaiser's ult, who you can individually blind.

Yes since you can't target those (while ghosts and ghouls are hittable units).

And no, it's not considered an AA but a spell and this is the reason soldiers AA proc spell hit and not attack hit effects.

Suggestion, dont question it: His soldiers "apply spell but not on hit effects", still draw minion aggro, replace his AAs, cant be blinded, theres like 4 contradictions there that haven't been explained so probs better to not worry about it
