Possibly looking at this, but been seeing Quinn not as balance as all other ADC, she literally able to do twice the amount of damage, than any other character because of her passive and thunder lords, am i the only one seeing this damage out put from her that makes her able to take on 1 to 3 people and possibly the whole team with her teammates? i have literally watched her take on a team and have that movement speed to get to an area so she kinda op in the sense of being able to get to one area to another and only has to 1 skill and her passive to kill someone.

She does like 150% damage with no real escape and has an ultimate that has no relevance while laning as an adc unless an opponent is alone while overstaying.

Well on one hand believe it or not most adc's out scale her in the late game but in the mid game played right she is a god, i agree with you there. I think the only thing they need to do is reduce the movement speed of her ult a tad or take the damage of her ult which would help balance things.

Quinn is actually pretty op. Her passive makes her do like double damage to you, and if it crits, oh boy... (Plus 50% bonus from I.E. makes it like 80% of ur health). She can just keep spamming abilities on u one at a time to reset it, and melts u down before her insanely broken blind is lifted.
